With two cases of COVID-19 confirmed in Napa County, NVUSD has decided to extend school closures through May 1st. They intend for classes to return on May 4th if the current situation improves.

All district offices are closed, and school tracks and parks that are normally open to the public will also be locked off.

NVUSD will continue offering free lunches during this difficult time for students under 18.

Although there have been no confirmed cases in Napa County, NVUSD has closed all schools until April 13th, effective March 16th. Students will get 3 extra weeks off of school prior to their normal Spring Break.

Teachers are currently preparing lesson plans that students will be able to complete online or on paper. More information will be available on how learning will continue early this week.

On Monday, all campuses will be open from 8:00 am to 3:00 pm for families and employees to gather any needed supplies or personal items.

If any students need lunch during this quarantine time, 3 NVUSD campuses will be providing “grab and go” lunches for any child under 18.

All field trips planned from March 12th to April 10th are canceled, as of now, this doesn’t include CIF-sanctioned athletic events.
