Scott Cawthon was originally a Christian game developer. He made some “indie” Christian video games like Pilgrims Progress.

But one day when people played a game known as Chipper and Dales Lumber Co., people noticed some creepy and scary things. They said the characters looked like creepy or scary animatronics, so he decided to show he could make something scarier and Five Nights at Freddy’s was born!

After Scott Made his first game in the Five Nights at Freddy’s series, he became a  popular game designer. Sadly none of the games are really games. Many people argue that FNaF is hardly a game and more of a interactive book which has gotten lots of love for its story. Well I have to agree.

It’s a rinse and repeat. The game play is cloned from the beginning which makes it boring and that is why I say game play is bad,  though the story is a story of murder and haunting that drew in many people.

When asked his opinion on the game Harvest Hawk Jesus said, “It was a good game. The thing that sucked about it was that Scott made it the pinnacle of the series making the next installments not sell as well.”

I also asked Harvest Hawk Hailey her thoughts. Her reply was, “It was actually a really good game. it’s really hard.  But it make all the other FNaF games look really bad!”

Still,  Youtubers all over will still remember it as a game that they loved.

Students React to FNaFs

Last week, I once again interviewed Anthony Mora, Larissa Contreras and Andreana Torres. I showed them a few pictures from Five Nights at Freddy’s 4 (a popular video game).

Antony was the first to  respond with, “Oh my god!”

Larissa had a blank mind.

Adreana said, “Its a scary Chicken!”

I then showed them a picture of a bear in the game and Anthony responded once again with “creepy!”

Larissa with “Huh??? That’s scary”

Andreana with “I-i can’t even see what is that…Its  a bear… A scary bear!”

The last thing I showed them was, a jumpscare video. Anthony knew exactly what I was doing and was VERY excited. He along with Larissa and Andreana watched as creepy animatronics roamed around.

Larissa was afraid, I could tell, seeing that on Saturday she went to Fright Fest at Six Flags.

Anyways while they were watching the video the whole time Larissa said nothing. Anthony was smiling and giggling, Andreana was open-minded and the whole time said “Get behind Larissa” and “oh…OH dafaq is that?!?”

While they were watching, Mr.Anthony decided to scare Larissa and when she jumped it was kind of funny.

After that Larissa and Anthony and Andreana looked at me like if I was crazy, insane almost. Anthony finally spoke up and said, “Is your theme scaring and freaking us out?”

I said “No”, and I sent them back to class. LOL.
